At Sweet C’s, I add lots of tips in all of my recipes – because I am a home cook without any formal training, and I find I am more confident making dishes when I understand why it works, and what each ingredient means to the flavor of a recipe – my goal is for even the most beginner home cook to feel empowered in the kitchen.
I want each reader to walk away with a solid knowledge of each recipe, with all of the tips I’ve gathered from extensive testing of each recipe. I also answer questions my friends and family have asked about my recipes, to help everyone better understand the processes we use – and why!
The truth is, while I like beer, I don’t really drink it often anymore. My husband and I love wine and simple mixed drinks – we’ve been drinking a lot less beer lately.
We love beer – but lately we’ve just been really into delicious, fun, and not-too-sweet or strong mixed drinks.
Going into summer though, it’s smoother and easier to sip during a hot day- and there is no reason to NOT sip one one of these pretty, delicious beer cocktails this summer at your parties!
It’s also great to serve these as a bit of a lower-alcohol option at parties (especially since we’re using lagers in these, opt for Mexican style lager or your favorite light beer) that are just as summery and fun. These 4 Simple Beer Cocktails are sure to be the hit of your summer cocktail parties!
These four cocktails are so incredibly easy – you’re going to LOVE them!
