I want each reader to walk away with a solid knowledge of each recipe, with all of the tips I’ve gathered from extensive testing of each recipe. I also answer questions my friends and family have asked about my recipes, to help everyone better understand the processes we use – and why!

Pick chocolate you love. I used the Symphony Hershey’s bar that has almonds and toffee chips, but you can use regular Hershey’s bars.
Use the right pan. Using an 8×8 pan will give you about 9 servings, you can use a smaller or larger pan. I found that 8×8 gives the best results!
