Tips to Perfect Creme Egg Bars & FAQs

Pick chocolate you love. I used the Symphony Hershey’s bar that has almonds and toffee chips, but you can use regular Hershey’s bars.

Use the right pan. Using an 8×8 pan will give you about 9 servings, you can use a smaller or larger pan. I found that 8×8 gives the best results!

Easter fudge bars with sprinkles.
Delicious easy chocolate and candy dessert bars topped with sprinkles and Cadbury Creme Eggs for Easter.

Ingredients

  • 2 4.25 oz Hershey’s chocolate bar, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • โ…“ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ยฝ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 ยฝ cups crushed Graham crackers
  • ยฝ cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs
  • 3-4 Cadbury Creme Eggs, halved
  • colored sprinkles

Instructions

  • Add the milk chocolate, butter, and maple syrup to a small saucepan, melt over a low heat, stirring regularly to avoid burning the chocolate.
  • When the chocolate mixture is smooth and glossy, add it to a large mixing bowl with the mini marshmallows, dried fruit, and crushed Graham crackers. Mix thoroughly until combined evenly.
  • Spread the mixture out into a lined, lightly greased baking tray, then drizzle with melted white chocolate. I used an 8×8 pan that made about 9 servings.
  • Decorate the rocky road with Cadbury Mini Eggs, halved Cadbury Creme Eggs, and colorful sprinkles to your liking.
  • Chill in the fridge for about two-three hours until hardened and ready to cut. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
