Easy Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies – delicious easy chocolate chip cookies stuffed with oreos and topped with sprinkles!

These delicious stuffed chocolate chip cookies are loaded with flavor everyone loves – using just two ingredients to make these simple cookies perfect anytime a craving hits!

We’re using premade cookie dough and stuffing it with oreos for the ultimate sweet treat.

These cookies are adorable and perfect for bake sales, church gatherings, and parties – they are fun for kids to make, and require little cleanup.

To shape these cookies, we’re going to use pre-made cookie dough, and flatten the single-serve cookies into flat “pancake” like shapes, place the oreo inside, and wrap around the cookie.

Using the ready to bake cookie dough makes it easier to measure.

We think using the pre-portioned cookie dough that is already sliced and shaped into single cookie shapes since it is the easiest to portion.

You can use any store-bought or homemade cookie dough, however.

Easy Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Easy Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies – delicious easy chocolate chip cookies stuffed with oreos and topped with sprinkles!

Ingredients

  • 1 16oz. package refrigerated ready to bake chocolate chip cookie dough, 24 cookies
  • 12 Double Stuf Oreos
  • ½ cup chocolate chips optional
  • Sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Take one of the cookies and gently flatten with your fingers, then place an oreo on top and then top with another flattened cookie. Pinch the edges together around the Oreo to seal.
  • Place on the prepared baking sheet at least 3 inches apart and top with additional chocolate chips and sprinkle with sprinkles, if desired. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes.
