You can ball dragon fruit easily with a cookie scoop, it gives a nice color contrast and sweetness to the salad.
Fresh fruit salad is always a hit at potlucks, but this berry salad is gone first. The citrus dressing really elevates the flavors of all of the berries, I sometimes add a pinch of salt too just to draw the intensity of the fruit out more.
