Refreshing Cherry Berry Salad with Honey Lime Dressing

This zest sweet berry salad is a refreshing dessert or side on a hot summer day. I use a combination of fresh strawberries, pitted tart cherries, raspberries, and blueberries for this salad and add some balls of dragon fruit for a lovely colorful twist. You can ball dragon fruit easily with a cookie scoop, it gives a nice color contrast and sweetness to the salad.

Fresh fruit salad is always a hit at potlucks, but this berry salad is gone first. The citrus dressing really elevates the flavors of all of the berries, I sometimes add a pinch of salt too just to draw the intensity of the fruit out more.
