Keto Dijon Sauce

If you want to make this sauce keto appropriate, please omit flour from the recipe below.

While you can make a slurry with xantham gum to thicken, we prefer just making the sauce below, without the addition of flour, for the best flavor.

  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ cup dijon mustard
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Easy Pork Chop Marinade

One of the best ways to inject flavor – and ensure your pork doesn’t dry out when cooking – is to marinate pork before cooking.

I prefer to marinate overnight – but even 30 minutes marinating goes a long way to add flavor to pork chops.

While you can make a marinade, I prefer just tossing pork chops in a bowl or plastic bag and adding up to 1 bottle of Italian salad dressing (use enough to cover chops.)
