4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Blossoms

These are some of our favorite easy cookies, because….

  • You only need 4 ingredients! Simple as that!
  • This recipe is super easy – no baking experience required.
  • Everything is better with a Hershey Kiss.

Tips To Perfect Easy Cookies

These cookies are so simple there are only a couple tips to help you get perfect results every time.

  • Fully preheat oven before baking for best results.
  • Don’t overmix dough for best results.
  • Use a clean, ungreased, nonstick baking sheet. If using parchment paper, the cookie will be puffier, instead of soft and chewy.

One of the most frequent questions we get is about substitutions – and what people can substitute in a recipe.

Since this recipe is super simple, it’s really important to understand what each ingredient does for the cookie before substituting.

  • Peanut butter is the base of our cookie– it adds moisture, richness, and the peanut flavor.
  • Sugar sweetens our cookies and gives them structure.
  • Egg binds the cookie together.
  • Hershey kisses make these peanut butter blossoms, rather than regular peanut butter cookies!

Recipe FAQs

How long can peanut butter blossoms be stored?

Peanut butter cookies can be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to five days.

Should I bake peanut butter cookies with hershey kiss or add kiss at end of baking?

We like both ways – if you add the kiss before baking, it will slightly melt and be hot and gooey. If you add it at the very end of baking when the cookie is still hot, it will melt a little and warm up without losing its shape.

Can peanut butter blossoms be frozen?

You can
