Is storage in covered open jar or vacuum sealed jar?

    1. Katherine says:

Vacuum sealed jar would be better but you want it covered either way and in the fridge.

It will stay good for us to one month in the refrigerator. You can freeze it for up to one year without compromising texture or flavor.
