Tips To Get Perfect Ham and Cheese Keto Rolls:

This gluten and grain free low carb ham and cheese cloud bread is super simple – and can be made either soft and foldable (for a pita, tortilla, or wrap style bread) – OR with a crunchier crust like a fresh baked artisan bread roll.

The method for each is a little different – and for the slightly crunchy crust you’ll need a special perforated silicone bread baking mat (I use a Silpain mat) to raise your bread up over any excess liquid runoff, giving you a deliciously fresh baked bread crispy crust.

Tips For Perfect Easy Keto Rolls:

To get perfect, easy bread-like rolls that are a great keto appetizer or keto side dish, there are a couple tips and tricks to ensure the perfect bread-like texture even though we’re just using ham, cheese, and eggs to make this low carb bread roll.

-Use a Silpain mat or similar perforated silicone baking mat over your cookie sheet.

-Any extra egg liquid will drop below the mat, allowing the bread to create a crispier crust that mimics fresh artisan bread.

To Get a Soft Keto Bread for a Tortilla or Wrap:

Ham and cheese rolls make a delicious wrap or bread for sandwiches – and luckily, it is incredibly easy to make these ham and cheese rolls into a soft, wrap-like keto bread.

Use the following steps below:

-Bake on parchment paper or foil and trim off any egg liquid that runs off from rolls.

-Don’t cook until crunchy browned – bread will be fully cooked, but not crispy on the top.

  1. I made these this morning. I used crumbled bacon and ham. I added green onions too. A little of fajita seasoning and Lawrys seasoning. A little on the salty side but it was still good. Great recipe to put together before heading out to work.

  2. I really enjoyed reading this blog post, great work! There are certainly many ways how to monetize your blog, but I think that most crucial is to share valuable knowledge with your visitors every single time you write something. If you are able to share value, visitors come, and they come back again This post is full of valuable information, thank you!

  3. I’m going to tey these as written today, but I’m making chaffles with them in my mini waffle iron.

  4. My husband and I have been in the ketogenic lifestyle Diet since Nov 2017. These easy keto ham and cheese rolls look soooo good, I had to try and make them.

  5. Try the egg/cheese/Bacon recipe. It was very good. Even my husband enjoyed it. I couldn’t figure out whether or not I could save the remaining four tools for another day being that there are eggs in it but I noticed one gentlemen mention he was saving the other four for other breakfasts so I’ll try that. Just a little cautious when it come to storing food. Yum.

  6. Oh my! This keto ham and cheese rolls were delicious and so easy to make! Will have to try this for my family. Thanks, Courtney so much!

  7. Made them today using sausage crumbles instead of diced ham. Also used a muffin tin instead of a baking tray. They turned out great! Excellent flavor and texture. I ate two for breakfast and will keep the remaining four for my upcoming breakfasts.

  8. These keto ham and cheese rolls look so zesty and tasty! Absolutely love your creative idea! Thanks for sharing, Courtney!

  9. These look amazing and I can’t wait to try them…and a few variations like subbing crumbled bacon for the ham and adding some fresh, minced jalapeños, using different kinds of cheeses in place of the cheddar and mozzarella (my first thoughts are pepperjack or chipotle cheddar), baking them a bit flatter and adding a bit of feta and Greek seasoning then cutting into wedges and dipping in tzatziki…

    Thank you ?
