    Do I need fancy equipment for your keto recipes?

    The vast majority of our low carb recipes are made on the stove, in the oven, or with an air fryer.
    We do have a few recipes that require other tools, but have intentionally tried to limit special equipment in our recipes.

    Do I need expensive ingredients to cook keto?

    Most of our recipes use whole foods – which do tend to cost a bit more than processed ingredients. We do have a few recipes that use almond flour, coconut flour, whey protein, and xantham gum – but our goal is to reduce the need for special ingredients as much as possible.
