The vast majority of our low carb recipes are made on the stove, in the oven, or with an air fryer.
We do have a few recipes that require other tools, but have intentionally tried to limit special equipment in our recipes.
Most of our recipes use whole foods - which do tend to cost a bit more than processed ingredients. We do have a few recipes that use almond flour, coconut flour, whey protein, and xantham gum - but our goal is to reduce the need for special ingredients as much as possible.
