What Blue Cheese to Use

Opt for a tangy, delicious blue cheese that you love – since this recipe is simple, and has very few ingredients, so you want to pick a blue cheese that you really love the flavor of.

We opt for crumbled blue cheese – but you can also try cheeses like morbier (a milder, nuttier cheese flavor), maytag blue cheese, jaybird blue cheese, or other tangy cheeses you love.

What To Serve With Blue Cheese Dip

This blue cheese dip is great with crudites, appetizers, and of course wings – but is also great as a chunky, creamy sauce to top steaks, chicken, and even pork tenderloin!
