Need better tools to make perfect low calorie foods? I suggest naturally nonstick pans (my favorite is a mineral iron pan), cast iron pans, quality olive and grapeseed oils, and fresh and delicious herbs. I also love celtic sea salt to give me tons of flavor but less sodium!

 

 

 

Shopping List: 

Oils:

1 bottle olive oil

1 bottle grapeseed oil

 

Meats: 

5 large skinless chicken breasts

1 lb ground beef

1 lb salmon filet

4 pork chops, fat trimmed

1 1/4 lb pork loin

 

Vegetables: 

5 large yellow onions

2 bunches asparagus

3 cups kale or baby spinach

3 large bell peppers

3 large lemons

3 cups cherry tomatoes

 

Dairy: 

2 cups shredded cheddar or jack cheese

 

Sauces/ Canned Goods: 

1 bottle soy sauce

1 bottle sweet chili sauce

1 jar bruschetta spread

2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilis

 

Dry Goods: 

Taco Seasoning, 1 packet

1 cup tagliatelle, penne, farfalle, or other small shape pasta

 

Herbs (grab a small bunch): 

Cilantro paste

Oregano

Sage

Basil

Garlic paste
